Zollege offers a credible and affordable alternative to college, with a promising career path. In close collaboration with a dynamic small creative team, developers, marketing and sales leaders, I art directed and designed the user interface for Zollege Healthcare Career websites. This design solution is a pivot from the original redesign that did not perform well during usability testing. My creative objective was to craft a streamlined user experience for Gen Z’ers that would increase engagement, generate new leads (for both dental and medical assisting programs) and increase conversion rates. Leveraging recently new Zollege branding, my design decisions included a simple modular system that served as a showcase to represent an approachable and spirited student community. I integrated hierarchy, consistency, and ensured visual information paired well with the content. The design offered a progressive user journey that allowed ease in navigation, and would provoke actionable response.
