The Tomato Products Wellness Council is a non-profit group promoting the health benefits and accessibility of tomato products. With a low budget, this :30 commercial spot was the main promotional advertisement, part of the "Tomato Makes It!" campaign. As senior art director I worked alongside key stakeholders to create a strategy that would promote awareness about the many benefits you're able to receive by consuming not just fresh tomatoes, but processed /packaged tomato products, in a powerfully playful way. 

 

I directed the storyboard artist, videographer and animator throughout the process and execution of the commercial, provided graphic assets, and selected voice over talent. The integrated campaign (which included radio, in-store ads, and social media efforts) would educate and entice middle class moms to purchase these inexpensive products to feed her family with love. It was so successful in increasing engagement that the client continued to leverage the Tomato Makes It campaign look and feel in ongoing organic marketing efforts year after year.
